To improve customer satisfaction and quality index, Taelim is constantly improving quality assurance and management systems.

Under the supervision of the quality department, product managers of each department are actively involved in the daily Quality Systems Basic (QSB) meetings, which are managed through the PDCA model, which leads to planning, implementation(Do), checking and implement(Action) at the weekly meeting.
